PÜR Evergreen Affiliate Program Agreement

By applying for and participating in the PÜR Evergreen Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Program Overview

The PÜR Evergreen Affiliate Program is an invite-only program for individuals who genuinely use and promote PÜR Evergreen products through organic, authentic marketing. Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance.


2. Eligibility

To participate, affiliates must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Personally own and use PÜR Evergreen products
  • Maintain an organic online presence
  • Submit an application and receive manual approval

PÜR Evergreen reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.


3. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of PÜR Evergreen. Affiliates are responsible for all taxes and reporting related to commissions earned.


4. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote PÜR Evergreen through organic channels only, including social media, content creation, blogs, and email marketing.

The following are not allowed:

  • Coupon or deal sites
  • Groupon or similar platforms
  • Discount stacking
  • Paid advertising using the PÜR Evergreen brand name
  • Misrepresentation of products or claims

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.


5. Links, Codes & Discounts

Approved affiliates receive:

  • A unique referral link
  • A unique discount code providing $3 off to customers

Notes:

  • The commission applies only when a valid link or code is used
  • Affiliates do not earn commission on their own purchases
  • Codes may not be stacked with other discounts


6. Commissions

  • The commission applies to all eligible product sales
  • Rates are tiered and may increase based on performance
  • Commissions are reversed for refunds, returns, chargebacks, or fraud


7. Payments

  • Minimum payout: $20
  • Payouts are issued monthly
  • Payment options: PayPal or store credit


8. Taxes & W-9

Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes. A completed W-9 is required annually to remain active.


9. Brand Assets

Affiliates may use only approved PÜR Evergreen branding and messaging. Logos, claims, or materials may not be altered.


10. Program Updates

PÜR Evergreen may update program terms, commission rates, or policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes when possible.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links and codes are deactivated
  • Unpaid commissions below the payout threshold may be forfeited


12. Limitation of Liability

PÜR Evergreen is not responsible for tracking errors, technical issues, or lost commissions. Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.


13. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the PÜR Evergreen Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Agreement.
