The Mellow Company – Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

By joining The Mellow Company Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• Affiliates must be 18 years or older.

• We reserve the right to approve, decline or remove affiliates at our discretion.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 15% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link.

• Commission is calculated on the final sale value (excluding VAT, shipping and refunds).

• Commission rates may be reviewed periodically with notice.

Discount Codes

• Affiliates may on occations be provided with a 5% customer discount code to support conversions.

• Affiliate starter discount (45%) is for personal use only and not for resale or misuse.

Payments

• Commissions are paid monthly once minimum payout thresholds of £50 are met.

• Orders must clear any refund or return periods before commission is released.

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Promote products honestly and responsibly.

• Avoid medical claims or misleading statements.

• Comply with platform advertising rules (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, etc.).

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (e.g. #affiliate).

Brand Use

• Affiliates may use approved brand assets only.

• Brand logos, imagery and messaging must not be altered without permission.

Termination

The Mellow Company reserves the right to:

• Withhold commissions from fraudulent or abusive activity.

• Terminate affiliate accounts that breach these terms.
