1. How do I become an affiliate?
Simply complete the registration form. Once submitted, your affiliate account will be approved immediately, and you’ll receive access to your affiliate dashboard.
2. Do I need to purchase products to become an affiliate?
No — purchasing is not required to join.
However, we strongly recommend trying the products yourself. Affiliates who use and understand the products typically see higher engagement and better sales results.
3. What is the recommended starter option?
After registering, you’ll receive the option to buy a Start up Box for £129.99 which would have been £440.89 if you bought the products individually.
4. How much commission will I earn?
You’ll earn 15% commission on every qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link when you register with the Affiliate Start up Kit
You’ll earn 10% commission on every qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link when you register for FREE
5. Do my customers get a discount?
Yes. Affiliates may be given a customer discount link, which helps increase conversions while you still earn commission.
6. How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid when you hit £50 of earnings, once any applicable return or refund periods have passed.
Full payment details will be available inside your affiliate dashboard.
7. Where do I find my affiliate link?
Once logged in, your unique affiliate link will be available in your dashboard. You can start sharing it straight away.
8. Can I promote products on any platform?
Yes you can promote across social media, content platforms, email, blogs, and personal recommendations, as long as promotion is honest and compliant with platform guidelines.
9. Are there any rules on how I promote?
Affiliates must:
• Avoid medical or misleading claims
• Follow platform advertising rules
• Clearly disclose affiliate links where required

10. What support will I receive?
You’ll receive:

11. Can I leave the programme at any time?
Yes. You can stop promoting at any time. The Mellow Company also reserves the right to remove accounts that breach programme terms.
