ReaderCrate Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

Welcome to the ReaderCrate Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

To join the program, you must complete the application form. ReaderCrate reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link, coupon code, or QR code.
• Customer purchases must be tracked through the affiliate platform (Affiliatly) to be eligible.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are paid out once your account balance reaches $25.00 USD.
• Payouts are made monthly, typically within the first week of the following month.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Adjustment of Commissions

• If a customer cancels, returns, or requests a refund for an order, the commission for that order will be deducted (clawed back) from your next month’s payout.
• If your earned commission for the month is lower than the clawback amount, the negative balance will roll over to the next month.

5. Tracking & Attribution

• Sales are tracked via the affiliate platform, which records link clicks, coupon code usage, email tracking, and repeat purchases.
• ReaderCrate is not responsible for tracking failures caused by:
• User browser settings
• Ad blockers
• Cookie restrictions
• Device switching
• Only verified tracked sales count toward commissions.

6. Affiliate Conduct

To remain in good standing, affiliates agree NOT to:

• Use spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or misleading promotions.
• Register or use domain names that include the ReaderCrate brand name.
• Misrepresent the ReaderCrate brand, products, or policies.
• Publish harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content associated with ReaderCrate promotions.

Violations may result in removal from the program and the forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Promotional Materials

Affiliates may use the officially provided graphics, copy, and media.

Customizations must keep the spirit and accuracy of the ReaderCrate brand.

8. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent promoters. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer–employee, agency, or joint venture relationship.

9. Modification of Terms

ReaderCrate may update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.

If ReaderCrate terminates your account due to violation of the terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

ReaderCrate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

12. Acceptance

By joining the ReaderCrate Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
