ReaderCrate Affiliate Program – FAQ
1. How much commission do I earn?
Affiliates earn 10% commission on every qualifying purchase made through their unique link, coupon code, or QR code.
2. When do I get paid?
You’ll receive your payout once your affiliate account reaches $25.00 USD in earned commissions.
Payouts are sent monthly, usually during the first week of the following month.
3. What payment methods do you use?
Payments are typically made through PayPal (or another method we’ve mutually agreed to).
You’ll be able to add your payment details inside your affiliate dashboard.
4. Do I earn commission on repeat customers?
Yes!
Once a customer uses your link or coupon code, their email address is associated with your affiliate account.
You earn 10% on all future purchases, including new boxes, upgrades, and subscription renewals.
5. What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
If a customer cancels or returns their order, the commission for that order will be deducted (“clawed back”) from your next month’s payout.
If the deduction is larger than your commissions for that month, the negative balance rolls into the following month.
6. How do I track my earnings?
You can log into your affiliate dashboard anytime to check:
- Clicks
- Sales
- Commissions
- Payout status
- Customer conversions
- Coupon code usage
The dashboard updates in real time.
7. How do I get my unique link or coupon code?
After your application is approved, you’ll receive:
- Your custom affiliate link
- A 5% off coupon code (usually your first name)
- A QR code (available upon request)
8. Is there a cost to join?
No — it is completely free to join the ReaderCrate Affiliate Program.
9. How do I promote ReaderCrate ethically?
You may:
- Share on social media
- Use your coupon code in posts
- Add your link to newsletters
- Create bookish content that features ReaderCrate
You may NOT:
- Use spam or unsolicited messaging
- Misrepresent the brand
- Run paid ads targeting “ReaderCrate”
- Use offensive or harmful content tied to your link
10. Can I use the product photos you provide?
Yes!
We’ll provide official images and text you can use in posts, newsletters, Reels, stories, and blogs.
11. Do I have to post a certain number of times?
Nope.
There are no posting requirements — promote as much or as little as you want.
12. Can authors who are featured in the box join?
Absolutely!
In fact, we encourage it — featured authors receive a personalized coupon code and shareable assets for their month.
13. How long does approval take?
Most applications are approved within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, you'll receive an email with your link, code, and affiliate starter pack.
