By signing up as an affiliate for the Luna Lullaby Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
- To join the Luna Lullaby Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form and be approved by our team.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission & Payments
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on every successful purchase made through their unique referral link and code.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
- Payments are made monthly via PayPal, Venmo, etc., provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold of $20.
- Any fraudulent or self-referral transactions will result in commission cancellation and potential account termination.
3. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote Luna Lullaby products through blogs, social media, email marketing, and personal websites.
- Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized coupon code distribution.
- Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using Luna Lullaby branding is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of Luna Lullaby Branding
- Affiliates may use provided promotional materials but may not alter Luna Lullaby trademarks or copyrighted content.
- Misrepresentation of the brand in any way will result in immediate removal from the program.
5. Account Termination
- Luna Lullaby reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms.
- If an affiliate is inactive for 6 months, their account may be deactivated.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Luna Lullaby is not responsible for any loss of earnings due to tracking failures, website downtime, or unforeseen issues.
- This program does not create an employer-employee relationship, and affiliates are considered independent marketers.
7. Agreement Modifications
- Luna Lullaby reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
