Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Agreement Overview
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is between Introverts Retreat ("Company") and you ("Affiliate"). This Agreement outlines your participation in our Affiliate Program ("Program").
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
2.1. To join the Program, you must apply and be approved by us.
2.2. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliation at our discretion.
2.3. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
2.4. You are responsible for providing accurate information throughout your participation.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1. You agree to promote our products/services ethically and honestly.
3.2. Deceptive or fraudulent practices to generate commissions are prohibited.
3.3. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including advertising and FTC guidelines.
3.4. You may not bid on our trademarks in search advertising without our written consent.
3.5. You may not use our intellectual property (logos, trademarks) without prior approval.
4. Commission Structure and Payments
4.1. Commission rates are specified in the Program details and may be updated.
4.2. Commissions are earned on qualified sales or leads as defined in the Program.
4.3. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for any suspicious activity.
4.4. Payments will be made on a weekly basis once commissions meet a minimum payout threshold of $10.
4.5. You are responsible for paying taxes on your affiliate earnings.
5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1. We will provide unique tracking links, coupon codes, and reporting tools.
5.2. You agree to use only the approved tracking methods.
5.3. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to technical issues beyond our control.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
6.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
6.3. Upon termination, you must remove all links to our site and cease using our materials.
6.4. Final commission payments may be withheld for up to 90 days post-termination to account for refunds or chargebacks.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. You agree to keep all information about our business and the Program confidential during and after your participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your participation in the Program.
8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the last 12 months.
9. Indemnification
9.1. You agree to indemnify us against claims or damages arising from your participation or any violation of this Agreement.
10. Modifications to the Agreement
10.1. We may modify this Agreement at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting or notification.
10.2. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration according to [Arbitration Rules/Association].
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
