2. Commission Rates and Changes

1. Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a commission based on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The current commission rate is 5%. This rate is subject to change at any time.
2. Rate Adjustments: SnoutSelect reserves the right to modify commission rates. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or our affiliate dashboard. Affiliates may be eligible for bonus offers based on performance.

3. Eligibility and Payouts

• Eligibility Criteria: Affiliates must comply with our guidelines and promote SnoutSelect products ethically.
• Affiliates must provide accurate information for payouts.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are typically processed monthly
• Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold ($100) before receiving payments.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates may promote SnoutSelect through approved channels (websites, social media, etc.).
• Misuse of affiliate links (e.g., adware, cookie-stuffing) is strictly prohibited.
• Brand Usage: Affiliates may use SnoutSelect logos, service marks, and product names for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is not allowed.
• FTC Compliance: Affiliates must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines when promoting SnoutSelect products.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• Liability: SnoutSelect is not liable for any damages resulting from affiliate activities.
• Affiliates indemnify SnoutSelect against liability arising from their actions.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
• Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve them amicably.
