This program allows you to monetize your social media user-generated content by placing on your social media profiles a personalized brand ambassador coupon code. When customers purchase from our site using your code you are eligible to receive a commission.
At times the terms of the agreement may be modified. If you do not agree with the changes you can terminate your participation in the program.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this program.
You must have an Instagram or Facebook account. We are not accepting Coupon Websites at this time.
You must have a PayPal account.
You must comply with this agreement to participate in the program and to receive commissions.
Your code is for you to post only in your profiles. You must not comment your code on any Valencia Boutique social media posts.
You must not add your coupon code to any coupon sites… we will be checking for this frequently. Please remember that the purpose of the program is to bring new customers to our brand by helping to spread the word about Valencia Boutique to friends and family.
Your coupon code must be personal to you. You may not use any codes currently or previously promoted by Valencia Boutique unless authorized to do so.
You may use your coupon code on your own order and receive commissions for your order.
Your breach of any of the terms in this agreement, or in connection with this agreement (i.e. PayPal) will result in the termination of the partnership and gives us the right to permanently withhold any commissions.
We will pay a commission with the base amount of no less than 10% of the price paid by the customer and actually received by Valencia Boutique, before taxes and shipping, on all qualifying purchases. A qualifying purchase is a purchase in which a customer uses your coupon code or your unique website link while placing a successful order on the Valencia Boutique website.
Example: If a customer places an order for a $100 item using your 10% off code, the commission total would be $10. Commission is not combined with tax and shipping.
At times we may incentivize our brand ambassadors by offering increased commission rates for a period of time. For example we may notify brand ambassadors that they can earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases.
We will pay commissions in US dollars via PayPal weekly in which they were earned every Monday or Tuesday. You are solely responsible for any PayPal fees, and any and all taxes. We are not responsible for any commissions that are not received by you due to suspension or termination of your PayPal account and please understand if an item is returned the commissions will be retracted for the returned sale.
We may deduct or withhold any taxes that we may be legally obligated to deduct or withhold from any amounts payable to you under this Agreement. From time to time, we may request tax information from you. If we request tax information from you and you do not provide it to us, we reserve the right to hold any amounts otherwise payable to you in connection with the Program until you provide this information or otherwise satisfy us that you are not a person from whom we are required to obtain tax information.
You acknowledge and agree that Valencia Boutique customers do not become your customers by virtue of your participation in the program. You agree to not handle any customer service related contact with customers and will direct them to contact.
The term of this agreement begins upon your submission of the application. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by giving the other party written notice of termination.
