Bijoux de Chagall Affiliate Programme Terms
Joining
Participation is subject to approval by Bijoux de Chagall. Please provide accurate contact details and the website or social-media profile where you intend to promote our jewellery.
Commission and tracking
Commission is calculated at 7% of the eligible product price paid after discounts, including any VAT within that price and excluding separately charged delivery fees.
Our link-tracking period is 90 days. Attribution depends on successful tracking; blocked or deleted cookies may prevent a referral from being recorded.
Commission is payable only on genuine, paid and fulfilled orders. Cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or self-referred purchases do not qualify. Partial refunds reduce commission accordingly.
Payments
Approved commission is paid monthly once at least 30 days have passed after delivery, subject to receiving valid payment details. Any minimum payout threshold will be shown in your affiliate account. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Promotion
Our programme uses affiliate links without discount codes. Affiliates must not publish unauthorised vouchers, discounts or offers, or list our brand on coupon or cashback sites without written permission.
Promotional content must be accurate. Publishers and content creators must clearly disclose the commercial nature of affiliate-linked content in accordance with applicable advertising rules, using a prominent disclosure appropriate to the format.
Spam, misleading claims, artificial referrals and attempts to manipulate tracking are prohibited. Paid advertising using our brand name requires prior written permission.
Images
Affiliates may only use images supplied or expressly approved by Bijoux de Chagall, either through direct communication or our Press Loft image library, and must follow any accompanying usage conditions.
Screenshots or images taken from Instagram, our website or other sources must not be used without our prior written permission.
Please preserve the colours, proportions and appearance of the jewellery, and include any photographer credits provided.
Changes and ending participation
Either party may end participation by email. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Valid commission earned before termination remains payable, subject to the checks above. Changes to rates or terms will be communicated in advance and will not reduce commission already earned.
