LOHY Curl Flow Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Welcome to the LOHY Affiliate Program! By signing up to become an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Enrollment & Account Approval
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to review, accept, or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid PayPal email address for payouts.
2. Referral Tracking & Commissions
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 30% commission on qualifying sales at RRP generated through their active referral link or assigned discount code (excluding shipping costs, taxes, and applied store discounts).
- Cookie Window: Referral cookies are valid for 30 days from the initial click.
- Qualified Sales: A qualified sale is completed when a customer clicks your link or uses your code and fully pays for their LOHY order. Sales that result in chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or full refunds will not be eligible for commission.
3. Payout Terms & Minimum Balance
- Payout Method: All commissions are disbursed via PayPal & Bank Transfer You are responsible for ensuring your details are kept up to date.
- Minimum Payout: Earnings are eligible for payout once your account balance reaches $100
- Refund Window: Commissions are held for 30 days following a transaction to accommodate customer returns or cancellations.
4. Allowed Promotional Methods
We encourage creative, organic sharing! Approved channels include:
- Personal social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Personal blogs, hair/style websites, and email newsletters.
- Product reviews, tutorials, wash-day routines, and unboxing content.
5. Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity of our brand, violating any of the following rules will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link or code to purchase products for personal use.
- Coupon & Deal Aggregator Sites: Submitting your link or code to coupon directory websites (e.g., Honey, RetailMeNot, CouponCabin) is strictly prohibited.
- PPC / Paid Search Bidding: Bidding on LOHY brand names, trademarks, or misspelled keywords (e.g., "LOHY", "LOHY Curls", "LOHY discount code") on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines is strictly forbidden.
- Misleading Claims: You must not make false or misleading claims about LOHY products or guarantees.
- Spamming: Unsolicited bulk messaging, automated comment spamming, or aggressive outreach is prohibited.
6. FTC & Regulatory Compliance
- You must comply with all applicable local advertising laws (including FTC guidelines in the US, ACCC in Australia, or local standards).
- You must clearly disclose your financial relationship with LOHY whenever posting your referral link or discount code (e.g., adding #ad, #affiliate, or stating "I earn a small commission if you shop through my link" in your posts/videos).
7. Relationship of Parties
Participation in the LOHY Affiliate Program creates an independent contractor relationship. It does not establish a partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and LOHY.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. LOHY reserves the right to terminate accounts instantly if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or brand damage occur.
9. Agreement Updates
LOHY reserves the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
