1. Program Overview & Acceptance By registering as an affiliate with The Digital Nook, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement. Approval into the program is at our discretion, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
2. Promotion Guidelines & Brand Integrity
- Approved Methods: You are encouraged to promote courses via your website, blog, email newsletter, and personal social media channels.
- Prohibited Content: You may not promote our products alongside illegal, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Accurate Representation: All course descriptions, pricing, and details must accurately reflect the information published on The Digital Nook website.
3. Paid Search & PPC Advertising
- No Brand Bidding: You may not bid on keyword terms containing "The Digital Nook" or variations/misspellings of our brand name on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines.
- Direct Linking: You may not run paid ads that link directly to our site using your affiliate link.
4. Coupon Codes & Discount Sites
- Authorized Codes Only: Affiliates may only share discount codes explicitly provided to them by The Digital Nook.
- No Coupon Aggregators: Submitting affiliate links or exclusive discount codes to coupon-scraping or deal aggregator websites is strictly prohibited and will result in instant account removal and forfeited commissions.
5. Commissions, Self-Referrals & Payouts
- Self-Referrals: Affiliates are not permitted to use their own unique link or coupon code to purchase courses for themselves or their immediate household. Commissions generated on self-referrals will be voided.
- Payout Minimum: Payouts are issued once your unpaid balance reaches the account minimum. Unapproved or refunded customer purchases will be deducted from your total balance.
6. Program Termination The Digital Nook reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship or modify program terms at any time. Violations of these rules will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and cancellation of any pending commission payments.
