MaxiMist Spray Tan Affiliate Program

Thank you for joining the MaxiMist Spray Tan Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate in accordance with all applicable laws. MaxiMist Spray Tan reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason.

2. Affiliate Links

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link or promotional code. Commissions are only paid on purchases tracked through the assigned affiliate link or coupon code.

3. Commission

• Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link.
• Commission rates are determined by MaxiMist Spray Tan and may be updated at any time.
• Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed are not eligible for commission.

4. Payment

• Commissions are paid monthly.
• A minimum balance of $100 must be reached before payment is issued.
• Payments are made through the payment method designated by MaxiMist Spray Tan.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may:

• Promote MaxiMist Spray Tan products through websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and videos.
• Share honest opinions and product experiences.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading claims.
• Misrepresent product performance.
• Use spam email or unsolicited messages.
• Bid on MaxiMist Spray Tan trademarked terms in paid advertising without written permission.
• Use copyrighted images or content without authorization.

6. Coupons and Discounts

Only coupons or promotional codes officially issued by MaxiMist Spray Tan may be advertised.

7. Intellectual Property

MaxiMist Spray Tan grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for promoting the affiliate program.

8. FTC Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation for purchases made through affiliate links.

9. Order Verification

MaxiMist Spray Tan reserves the right to review all transactions before commissions are approved. Fraudulent, self-referrals, or suspicious activity may result in commission denial and account termination.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.

MaxiMist Spray Tan reserves the right to immediately terminate an affiliate account for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms
• Misrepresentation of the brand
• Any activity that could damage the reputation of MaxiMist Spray Tan

11. Changes to the Program

MaxiMist Spray Tan may modify commission rates, promotional materials, payment schedules, or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Limitation of Liability

MaxiMist Spray Tan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

13. Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of MaxiMist Spray Tan.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
