Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

TAILOR HATS AMBASSADOR TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Ambassador Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Start Date], by and between Tailor Hats (“Company”) and the undersigned Ambassador (“Ambassador”).


1. Program Overview

The Tailor Hats Ambassador Program is designed for creators who embody the western lifestyle and represent the brand in an authentic and elevated manner. By participating, the Ambassador agrees to promote Tailor Hats products in alignment with the Company’s brand values and expectations.


2. Ambassador Benefits

2.1 Discount & Codes

  • Ambassador receives 50% off one (1) hat of their choice using a provided code.
  • Ambassador receives a personalized 25% discount code to share with their audience.
  • Ambassador earns 5% commission on all sales generated through their unique code.

2.2 Volume Incentives

  • For every 10 hats sold, Ambassador unlocks the opportunity to purchase an additional hat at 50% off.
  • For every 20 hats sold, Ambassador unlocks one (1) free hat.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

The Ambassador agrees to:

  • Create and publish:
  • 1 in-feed post (photo or reel)
  • 3–5 story frames featuring the hat
  • Tag @TailorHats in all content
  • Include their personalized discount code in all promotional content
  • Add Tailor Hats as a collaborator on in-feed posts where applicable
  • Maintain a bi-monthly posting cadence (minimum once every two months)
  • Produce authentic, lifestyle-driven content aligned with the western aesthetic and brand identity

4. Brand Guidelines & Conduct

The Ambassador agrees to adhere to all Tailor Hats brand standards, including those outlined in Affiliatly or any provided brand guide.

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:

  • Alcohol consumption depicted in association with the brand
  • Smoking, vaping, or tobacco-related content
  • Illegal substances or activities
  • Offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or inappropriate content

Failure to comply with brand guidelines may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.


5. Ownership and Use of Content

5.1 Content created by the Ambassador remains the intellectual property of the Ambassador.

5.2 The Ambassador grants Tailor Hats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Social media
  • Email campaigns
  • Website and digital marketing

5.3 The Company reserves the right to edit or modify content for promotional use while maintaining the original integrity of the content.


6. Term and Termination

6.1 This Agreement shall begin today and continue indefinitely, unless terminated otherwise.

6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice.

6.3 Tailor Hats may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Ambassador:

  • Fails to meet posting or content requirements
  • Violates brand guidelines or terms outlined herein
  • Engages in conduct that harms the reputation of Tailor Hats

7. Independent Contractor Status

The Ambassador is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Tailor Hats. The Ambassador is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations arising from compensation received under this Agreement.


8. General Terms

  • Tailor Hats reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time with notice.
  • Participation in the Ambassador Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • This Agreement represents the entire understanding between both parties.
