AMOA Health Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the AMOA Health Affiliate Program (the “Program”), managed through the Affiately platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Violation of any provision may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. Approval & Affiliate Status

Participation in the Program is subject to approval at the sole discretion of AMOA Health. We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to promotional practices that conflict with our brand standards, legal requirements, or business interests.

Affiliates must maintain professional, ethical, and lawful marketing practices at all times.

2. Promotion Restrictions (Zero-Tolerance Policy)

To protect the integrity, reputation, and legal compliance of the AMOA Health brand, the following restrictions are strictly enforced. Violations of this section will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

A. Paid Advertising & Brand Keywords (PPC)

Affiliates may not:

• Run paid ads using the brand name “AMOA Health” or any variations, misspellings, or branded keywords

• Bid on AMOA Health branded search terms

• Impersonate AMOA Health in any advertisement

• Send paid traffic directly to the AMOA website while presenting themselves as the official brand

This includes, but is not limited to: Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Bing, TikTok Ads, or any other paid traffic platform.

B. Content & Health Claims

Because AMOA Health operates in the wellness and supplement space, legal accuracy is mandatory.

Affiliates may not:

• Claim that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases

• Make unapproved medical or therapeutic claims

• Use false or fabricated testimonials

• Create misleading or exaggerated promises

• Publish deceptive advertorials, fake news pages, or misrepresentation of results

Only claims published on official AMOA Health channels may be used.

C. Coupons & Discounts

Affiliates may:

• Promote only codes assigned to them or publicly available in the affiliate dashboard

Affiliates may not:

• Promote expired or unauthorized codes

• Use another affiliate’s code

• Use misleading language such as “Official Coupon,” “Official Discount,” or similar wording without written authorization

D. Creatives & Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use official AMOA Health brand assets provided to them.

Permitted:

• Resizing for platform compatibility (Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.)

Prohibited:

• Distorting or stretching images

• Recoloring logos

• Cropping brand marks

• Adding misleading overlays

• Editing or altering brand materials without written approval

All use must follow AMOA Health brand guidelines.

E. Sales Channels & Marketplaces

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from listing, reselling, or distributing AMOA Health products on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to:

• Amazon

• eBay

• Walmart

• Etsy

• Any similar platform

The Program is intended solely to drive traffic to the official AMOA Health store.

F. Spam & Communication

Affiliates must comply with all applicable communication laws and regulations.

Prohibited practices include:

• Unsolicited bulk emails or messages (spam)

• Purchased or scraped email lists

• Automated spam messaging

All emails must include a clear unsubscribe option and comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local regulations.

G. FTC Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and advertising laws.

Examples include:

“I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link.”

Disclosures must be clear, visible, and easy to understand. Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination.

3. Tracking & Affiliate Links

Sales tracking is conducted through the Affiately platform. Affiliates are responsible for correctly using their tracking links.

AMOA Health is not responsible for lost commissions resulting from:

• Incorrect links

• Browser cookie restrictions

• Ad blockers

• Technical issues beyond our control

4. Commissions & Payments

• Commissions are calculated on net sales only (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and chargebacks)

• Commission rates, cookie duration, attribution rules, and payment schedules are defined within the affiliate dashboard

• These terms may be updated at any time at AMOA Health’s discretion

• Payments are issued once the minimum payout threshold is met

• Refunded or canceled orders will result in commission reversals

5. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

If termination results from violations of the Promotion Restrictions (Section 2):

• All pending commissions are forfeited

• The affiliate may be permanently banned from the Program

• Re-application may be denied at AMOA Health’s discretion

6. Limitation of Liability

AMOA Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or commissions, arising from:

• Tracking failures

• System outages

• Technical errors

• Affiliate misconduct

Participation in the Program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
