Kylers Jewellery Affiliate Program - Summary of Terms

By joining the Kylers Jewellery Affiliate Program, you agree to the following key terms:

  • You must be 18 years or older and promote Kylers Jewellery in an honest, ethical way.
  • Commissions are earned through valid sales made via your Affiliatly tracking link, based on the net sale value (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and refunds).
  • Payments are made via PayPal after a 30-day validation period and once the minimum threshold is reached.
  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Kylers Jewellery.
  • Do not use spam, false claims, or paid ads on Kylers Jewellery brand keywords.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
  • All logos, images, and promotional materials remain the property of Kylers Jewellery.
  • You must comply with Australian Consumer Law, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and all relevant Queensland legislation.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
