Deck and Den Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Deck and Den Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Deck and Den may accept, reject, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

Commissions

• Earned only on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link or approved email referrals.
• Email referrals must include the customer’s full name, phone number, and address prior to purchase.
• A qualifying purchase is one where the customer has paid in full and the product has been delivered.
• Orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged back are not eligible.
• Self-referrals are prohibited.

Payouts

• Issued once per month when at least $100 USD in commission has been earned.
• Balances under $100 roll over until the threshold is reached.
• Payment method is determined by Deck and Den (e.g., bank transfer, check, or other approved method).
• Transaction fees are the affiliate’s responsibility.
• All earned and unpaid commissions will be paid out 30 days after an affiliate’s account is closed, provided they are valid and undisputed.

Tracking & Reporting

• Deck and Den uses third-party software to track referrals.
• Only transactions properly tracked or manually approved are eligible.
• Deck and Den is not responsible for lost tracking due to user error, ad-blockers, or technical issues outside our control.

Restrictions

• No misrepresentation of Deck and Den products or unauthorized claims.
• No spam, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices.
• No bidding on “Deck and Den” or variations in paid ads.
• No posting of unauthorized coupons or discounts.
• Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Relationship of Parties

• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of Deck and Den.
• Affiliates may not act on behalf of Deck and Den.

Termination & Modification

• Deck and Den may modify these terms or terminate accounts at any time.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
• If terminated for cause, unpaid commissions may be withheld.

Limitation of Liability

• Deck and Den is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program.
• Liability is limited to valid commissions owed under these terms.
