Affiliate Program Terms of Service – ShantiMat
By joining the ShantiMat Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment
Your participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval by ShantiMat. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
• You will promote ShantiMat products in a truthful and ethical manner.
• You may not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal marketing practices (including cookie stuffing, spamming, or bidding on our brand name in search ads).
• Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and tracking links.
3. Commissions
• Affiliates will earn a commission based on net sales generated through their unique affiliate links or discount codes.
• Commission rates and payment terms will be communicated separately and may be updated from time to time.
• Sales that result in cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are not eligible for commission.
4. Payments
• Payments will be made via the method chosen in your affiliate account (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer) once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
• Commissions are paid after a validation/hold period to account for possible returns or fraud.
5. Intellectual Property
• Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShantiMat brand assets (logos, images, creatives) solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
• You may not alter or misuse any brand assets without prior written consent.
6. Termination
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
• ShantiMat reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShantiMat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.
8. Modification
ShantiMat reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
By participating in the ShantiMat Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
