Inspire Growth Mind Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

By registering for the Inspire Growth Mind Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Applications may be rejected if the applicant uses offensive, fraudulent, or misleading information.

2. Affiliate Conduct

• Affiliates may only promote Inspire Growth Mind products in a legal, ethical, and respectful manner.
• Spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized paid ads using our brand name are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not impersonate Inspire Growth Mind, create fake accounts, or mislead customers.

3. Commissions

• Standard commission rate: 40% of referred sales (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate links, coupon codes, or tags.
• Inspire Growth Mind reserves the right to adjust commissions in cases of fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.

4. Payments

• Minimum payout: $100 USD.
• Payments are issued monthly via PayPal (or other supported methods).
• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payout details. Inspire Growth Mind is not liable for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

5. Termination

• Inspire Growth Mind reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
• Reasons for termination include: fraud, spam, abuse, violation of these terms, or damage to our brand reputation.

6. Liability

• Affiliates are independent partners, not employees.
• Inspire Growth Mind is not liable for any legal claims, damages, or losses incurred by affiliates through participation in the program.

7. Modifications

• Inspire Growth Mind may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes agreement with the updated Terms.
