THE GOON SHOP AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date accepted by the 

Affiliate (“Effective Date”) by and between The Goon Shop (“Company”), and the undersigned 

affiliate partner (“Affiliate”).

1. Affiliate Program

a. The Company authorizes Affiliate to promote and refer new customers to The Goon Shop using 

a unique, personalized affiliate code provided by the Company.

b. Customers using the Affiliate’s code at checkout will receive a 20% discount on their eligible 

purchase.

c. Affiliate will earn 20% commission on all sales made using their personalized affiliate code, 

calculated on the net sale amount after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

d. The affiliate code will not expire for any customer, and Affiliates may continue to earn 

commissions on repeat purchases made by the same customer, provided the purchase is made 

with the Affiliate’s code.

2. Payments

a. Commissions are tracked via the Company’s sales system.

b. Commission payouts will be processed every Monday, based on completed sales from the 

preceding week.

c. Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment details; The Company will pay 

commissions via the Affiliate’s chosen method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

3. Term and Termination

a. This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party with written notice.

b. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or withhold commissions for 

fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotion.

4. Relationship

a. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, or joint venture; the Affiliate is an 

independent contractor.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. The Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

a. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

7. Entire Agreement

a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties related to the 

affiliate program.

By joining the affiliate program, the Affiliate acknowledges reading and agreeing to the above 

terms.
