Termination: ANOVA MEDIA LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account for violations of these terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.

How do I refer a business?

Affiliates can refer businesses using their assigned affiliate link, referral form, or any approved tracking method provided through Affiliately. Referrals must be submitted properly so they can be tracked and credited.

When is a referral considered approved?

A referral is considered approved once the referred business signs up, is accepted by ANOVA MEDIA LLC, completes any required agreement, and/or makes the required payment, depending on the referral type.

When do affiliates get paid?

Commissions are paid only on approved and eligible referrals. Payment timing may vary depending on the agreement, but commissions are generally processed after the referred account is active, paid, and in good standing.

Are commissions paid on every referral?

No. Commissions are only paid on referrals that meet the program requirements. A referral must be legitimate, approved, active, and properly tracked through the affiliate system.

How are referrals tracked?

Referrals are tracked through Affiliately using your unique affiliate link, code, or assigned tracking method. Affiliates are responsible for making sure their referrals use the correct link or process.

What if someone forgets to use my affiliate link?

ANOVA MEDIA LLC may review untracked referrals on a case-by-case basis, but commission is not guaranteed unless the referral was properly tracked or submitted according to program rules.

Can multiple affiliates claim the same referral?

No. If more than one affiliate refers the same business, ANOVA MEDIA LLC will determine which referral qualifies based on tracking records, timing, and available information.
