By joining the Profile Products (Australia) Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on referred orders (excluding shipping).

Commissions are only earned on orders from new customers. Orders from returning or existing customers are not eligible for commission.

Orders placed with a discount greater than 20% do not qualify for commission.

Commissions will be reversed for any orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent.

Commission value may be subject to change at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals are not allowed. You may not earn commissions on purchases you make for yourself using your own affiliate link.

Affiliates may not use paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) that includes our brand name or trademarks.

Tracking & Payouts

Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links. Commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met. It is your responsibility to ensure your account details are accurate for payment.

Content & Brand Usage

Affiliates may use Profile Products content and images for promotion. However, content must not be misleading, defamatory, or misrepresent our products or brand.

Inactive Affiliates

To ensure the quality and relevance of our affiliate program, we regularly review affiliate accounts. If an affiliate has not generated any sales or earned commission within a 4-month period, we reserve the right to review and, if appropriate, remove the account from our platform.

We believe in supporting active partnerships that align with our brand values and growth goals. If your account is removed due to inactivity, you are welcome to reapply in the future.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time for violations of these terms or any conduct we deem inappropriate or damaging to the brand.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
