Vibe & Glow™ Tribe – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Glow Morning™ Affiliate Program, known as the Vibe & Glow™ Tribe. By joining and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have an active PayPal account to participate. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not align with the Glow Morning™ brand values or aesthetic.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 3% commission on every confirmed sale made through their unique referral link. Commissions are tracked via Affiliatly and become eligible for payout after a 14-day verification period.
3. Minimum Payout Threshold
To receive payment, affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $125 in confirmed commissions. Earnings below this threshold will carry over to the next month. Payments are processed monthly on the 1st business day via PayPal.
4. Affiliate Discount
Affiliates receive an exclusive 15% off personal purchases made through GlowMorning.com. This discount is non-transferable and not intended for public sharing or resale purposes.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Glow Morning™ through their social channels, blogs, newsletters, and websites. However, we do not allow:
- Paid search campaigns using our brand name or misspellings
- Spam, misleading claims, or false advertising
- Any activity that misrepresents Glow Morning™ or the Vibe & Glow™ Tribe
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Glow Morning™ grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive right to use provided brand assets (images, logos, copy) solely for the purpose of promoting the brand. Affiliates may not modify, recreate, or imply endorsement beyond the scope of the program.
7. Termination
Glow Morning™ reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, if the terms are violated or if activity is inconsistent with our brand image.
8. Modifications
Glow Morning™ may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or within the dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
