Welcome to the Slumber Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in promoting our products and helping others achieve better sleep. By applying to and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must complete the affiliate application form accurately and truthfully.
1.2. All applications are subject to manual review and approval by Slumber. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must have an active, relevant audience aligned with Slumber’s mission and values. Personal accounts or accounts without promotional intent will not be approved.
2. Product Purchase Requirement
2.1. To ensure authentic promotion, all approved affiliates are required to purchase and try at least one Slumber product before promoting it to their audience.
2.2. Affiliates may purchase the product at full price and will be eligible for reimbursement after meeting specific performance criteria. Alternatively, affiliates may use a discount code if provided during onboarding.
2.3. Performance criteria for reimbursement:
- Generate at least three (3) successful referrals within 60 days of approval.
- Deliver required promotional content (e.g., one social media post, story, or blog review).
2.4. Failure to meet the above criteria within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of reimbursement and potential removal from the program.
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates earn a base 20% commission on all first-time purchases made through their unique referral link or coupon code.
3.2. High-performing affiliates can earn commissions of up to 30%, which will be automatically adjusted upon reaching volume thresholds.
3.3. Commissions are calculated on the net sale value (after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and fees).
3.4. Commissions apply only to the first purchase made by referred customers. Subsequent orders are not commissionable, such as recurrent subscriptions.
4. Payments
4.1. Commission payouts are processed monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. If your total commissions do not reach this threshold, they will roll over to the following month.
4.2. Payments are made via the method specified in your affiliate dashboard (e.g., PayPal). It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are accurate.
4.3. Commissions are voided for refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
5. Promotional Requirements
5.1. Affiliates must promote Slumber products authentically and in alignment with our brand values. This includes:
- Using your referral link or code as provided.
- Posting accurate and truthful information about our products.
- Complying with FTC guidelines and disclosing the affiliate partnership to your audience.
5.2. Affiliates must not:
- Use misleading, dishonest, or spammy practices to generate referrals.
- Bid on Slumber-branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns without prior approval.
- Engage in activities that may damage Slumber’s reputation.
6. Termination
6.1. Slumber reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to meet the minimum performance requirements within 90 days of joining.
- Misuse of the affiliate program (e.g., self-referrals, excessive discount abuse).
6.2. Terminated accounts forfeit all unpaid commissions.
7. Program Modifications
7.1. Slumber reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program, including commission rates and performance requirements, at any time with notice provided via email or your affiliate dashboard.
7.2. Affiliates will have the option to opt out of the program if they do not agree to the changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Slumber is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the affiliate program.
8.2. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.
9. Agreement
By applying to and participating in the Slumber Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
