BY REGISTERING FOR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.1. Affiliate AgreementThis Agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Kakuri Affiliate Program. In this Agreement, the term \"Affiliate\" refers to you (the applicant). Kakuri affiliate program is our internal affiliate system.2. Affiliate URLAffiliates will be issued with a special and unique URL for the Kakuri website (https://Kakuri.kyoto/) once they become a member of our Affiliate Program. This will allow all affiliates to be paid for referrals accurately and justifiably. There are no limitations of how the unique website link should be distributed and shared with third parties. The clients must use/click on the affiliate\'s link for the affiliate to get a commission.

Additionally, we have established a \"default cookie duration\" rule for calculating affiliate commissions. For a customer\'s first purchase through an affiliate link, if they click the affiliate link and visit the Kakuri website, then complete a purchase within 7 days, the purchase will be considered a result of the affiliate\'s promotional efforts, and a commission will be granted. However, if the purchase is made after 7 days, it will not be attributed to the affiliate\'s promotion and will not qualify for a commission.3. CommissionsYou will receive at least 10% of the revenue per purchase/order placed on the website with the unique URL. Additionally, if the same user makes another purchase within 365 days of the initial purchase without using the affiliate link, the affiliate who initiated the first purchase will still receive at least 10% commission on that subsequent sale. Commissions may increase at the discretion of Kakuri; however, both parties will be notified and will agree before any changes are made. Full payment from the customer using the unique URL is the only way the commission can be obtained and recorded. Accurately spelled URLs for customers to be aware of are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

If the customer partially cancels the order or changes their selected product, the commission for the transaction will be based on the final confirmed order amount. If the customer cancels the entire order or returns the product, the commission for the transaction will be voided, and proof of the customer\'s refund will be sent to the affiliate.

If the customer has disabled cookies, purchases made via the affiliate link will not be attributed to the affiliate issuing the link. If cookies are not enabled, it will not be possible to associate the customer with the affiliate.

Earnings and payments history are not allowed to be discussed or disclosed with anyone other than the appointed members at Kakuri, Kakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co., and the approved affiliate member (you).

Commissions will only be calculated for transactions that are more than one month old to account for potential returns.4. Affiliate Commission Attribution PeriodThe attribution of affiliate commissions will remain linked to the affiliate as long as the customer does not clear/delete cookies associated with their IP address.

If the customer clicks on a link from another affiliate while the initially set cookie remains valid, the connection to the original affiliate will not be overwritten. Instead, the association with the first affiliate will be maintained.

The customer will only be linked to another affiliate once the validity period of the original cookie has expired.5. Sign-Up Bonus

When you sign up for the affiliate program, you will receive a $100 bonus upon your initial registration. This bonus will be added to your affiliate earnings.6. Tracking CommissionsAll affiliates will be able to track their commissions on the website Affiliatly (href). This external company allows both Kakuri and Kakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co. ,and the affiliates to track the affiliate program’s performance — their stats, earnings, and payments history — accurately and justifiably. Affiliates will be supplied with their unique login code and ID so that they can track their stats, earnings, and payments history. Each individual’s statistics, earnings, and payments history will not be shared with other affiliates. Only Affiliatly, Kakuri, Kakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co. ,and the individual affiliate will be able to see their information.7. PaymentKakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co. will pay affiliates via PayPal on the last day of every month/per reaching the minimum payout sum.

However, in the event of termination, if the remaining commission amount exceeds $300, the full outstanding affiliate commission will be paid.\"8. Order FulfilmentKakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co. will be responsible for processing every order placed by a customer using the affiliate’s URL. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Kakuri products from other websites as a ‘distributor.’ Affiliates may only be granted permission to resale products that were gifted to them or purchased by themselves for personal use only, not commercial use.9. Promotion RestrictionsYou are free to promote your websites and business ventures. You should know that certain forms of advertising are always prohibited by Kakuri and Kakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co..For example, advertising commonly referred to as \"spamming\" is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name.10. Relationship of PartiesAffiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Affiliates have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Affiliates will not make any statement that reasonably would contradict this statement, whether on their sites or otherwise.11. Terms and TerminationThe terms of this Agreement will begin when you accept and will end when terminated by either party. Either Kakuri and Kakuri\'s affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co.,and the affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate, and you will immediately cease use of and be removed from Affiliatly (href). Your unique URL will also be discontinued, and we will no longer be liable to pay you a commission.12. MiscellaneousIf any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted per the laws in Japan without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof. If there are any conflict/s, such as you not abiding with these terms while the contract is still active, you will need to provide your ID, which includes your proof of address.

By signing up with the Kakuri Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as outlined in this Agreement.
