Golden Profits Academy Ambassador Program - Terms of Service and Legal Agreement

By participating in the Golden Profits Academy Ambassador Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• Participation is subject to approval by Golden Profits Academy ("GPA").

2. Referral Payments

• Each successful referral that results in a paid enrollment into the Golden Profits Academy course will earn you $500.

• Referrals must remain in good standing and not request a refund within [refund eligibility period] for payment to be processed.

3. Referral Guidelines

• Referrals must be new customers to GPA. Existing customers or participants cannot be referred.

• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Program.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are subject to tax reporting requirements. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings.
• GPA reserves the right to withhold payments in the event of suspected fraud or violation of Program terms.

5. Ambassador Conduct

• As an Ambassador, you represent GPA and must maintain a positive, professional image.
• Any activity that damages GPA’s reputation, including inappropriate or unethical behavior, may result in immediate removal from the Program.

6. Termination

• GPA reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Participation may be revoked for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

• GPA is not responsible for losses or damages arising from your participation in the Program.
• GPA’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount of referral payments earned but not yet disbursed.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].

9. Changes to Terms
