Popb Terms of Service

Terms of Service.

This agreement begins upon the acceptance of your affiliate application and/or any modifications of this agreement and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time if the terms have been violated. As an affiliate, you have already accepted binding terms through the Impact platform. The following agreement specifically applies to your engagement with Popb and our affiliate management team.

Program Terms and Conditions.

Your participation in the Program is governed by Popb’s terms and conditions (collectively, the “Program Terms”). We may update these Program Terms at any time without prior notice, and you are required to implement any updates immediately. This license can be revoked at any time for any reason or no reason upon notice by Popb, and you agree to immediately cease using all Popb links upon receiving such notice.

Application and Enrollment in the Program.

You must submit a completed application via the Program’s signup funnel to begin the enrollment process. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection within a reasonable timeframe. We may reject your application if, in our sole discretion, your site or marketing practices do not comply with the Program Terms or are otherwise unsuitable for the Program. You must disclose all web properties and social media profiles where you plan to place Popb links. You warrant that all submitted information is accurate and truthful, and you are at least 18 years old. If applying on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

Responsibility for Your Website.

You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website and the accuracy of all content. We disclaim all liability for these matters. You agree to indemnify Popb from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the development, operation, maintenance, and content of your website. Popb may reverse commissions and terminate you from the Affiliate Program for any violations.

Website Requirements.

Your website must meet the following conditions to qualify for the Affiliate Program and earn commissions:

• Be professional and relevant.
• Avoid offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Not promote illegal activities, discrimination, or gambling.
• Not violate intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of Popb trademarks or misspellings thereof.

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords.

The use of Popb branded terms, URLs, or misspellings in SEM is prohibited without explicit permission. Affiliates may not engage in brand bidding or use keywords that reflect negatively on Popb. Violation of this policy may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Coupons and Promotional Codes.

Affiliates may only use coupons and promotional codes provided through the affiliate program. Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading text, images, or unauthorized coupon codes. Expired coupons must be removed immediately, and unauthorized coupon use will result in voided transactions.

FTC Compliance.

Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Popb. This includes blogs, emails, social media posts, and website pages. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.

Limited License to Use Popb Links.

We grant you a nonexclusive, revocable license to use Popb logos, trademarks, and links solely to promote the Popb campaign in accordance with these Program Terms. You may not modify any Licensed Materials or associated code. You must remove outdated Popb links immediately upon request.

We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time for any reason, and you agree to cease using Popb links immediately upon notice.
