BW Beauty Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

By signing up for the BW Beauty Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is intended to outline the rights and responsibilities of both you, the affiliate, and BW Beauty.

2. Enrollment

To enroll in the affiliate program, you must sign up and be approved by BW Beauty. BW Beauty reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

- You agree to promote BW Beauty products and services in an ethical and legal manner.

- You must use the unique discount code and referral link provided to track sales and commissions.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide, including payment details, is accurate and up to date.

4. Commissions

- You will earn a 10% commission on all eligible purchases made using your discount code or referral link.

- Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any returns.

- Commissions for in-studio appointments or purchases may not be automatically tracked and will be manually monitored by BW Beauty. You must ensure your referrals mention your code or name during booking or purchase to receive credit.

5. Payments

- Payouts will be made via PayPal or e-transfer, according to your preference, and are issued once the referred purchase is marked as complete and paid.

- You may set a minimum payout threshold in your account settings. If no threshold is set, payments will be processed as soon as the eligible amount is earned.

- BW Beauty is not responsible for any fees charged by PayPal or your bank.

6. Termination

- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. You may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying BW Beauty.

- Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid out, provided the total exceeds the minimum payout threshold.

7. Marketing Practices

- You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, false advertising, spam, and unauthorized use of BW Beauty’s branding.

- BW Beauty reserves the right to review and approve the content you use to promote its products and services.

8. Liability

- BW Beauty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

- You agree to indemnify and hold BW Beauty harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Confidentiality

- Any proprietary information provided to you as part of this program, including but not limited to sales data, customer information, and promotional strategies, must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

10. Amendments

- BW Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
