Sweet Sheets® Inc. Terms & Agreement

I confirm that this fundraiser is being registered under an organization, and not an individual. On behalf of the organization, I agree to represent Sweet Sheets® to the best of my ability, and to deliver or arrange pick up for the orders received by my organization if applicable. I understand that compensation will only be paid out to an organization via check, and not to an individual. I understand that product will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared by Sweet Sheets®. I understand that orders shipped to my organization for pick up will not be shipped until the close of the fundraiser. I understand that orders that are shipped directly to the customer will be shipped by Sweet Sheets® when the order is received. I understand that the organization I represent will receive a payment for 20% of the Product Price of the sales of the fundraisers. I understand that Sweet Sheets® Inc has the right to terminate this partnership if the fundraiser is promoting any illicit activity or harm to any party or has provided any false information for the purpose of this fundraiser. By checking the box, you are agreeing to all terms stated in this agreement, and therefore are stating that you understand this is to act as a binding contract between your organization and Sweet Sheets® Inc.
