This website is operated by Shop Rooted and Free. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shop Rooted and Free. Shop Rooted and Free offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - AFFILIATE AND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
As a member of our ambassador and affiliate program you agree to purchase and share our products throughout your 6 month term agreement. Sharing should be on public social media and blog accounts.
You agree that you are paid on commission through your custom link. In order for you to receive payment, customers you refer must purchase using your link. If the link is not used, commission will not be given to the ambassador as there is no way to track outside of your link. You agree that there is a minimum payout amount of $25, once your payout equals $25 or more you will receive your payment via Paypal. Payouts under the minimum requirement mentioned above will be held until minimum is reached.
You agree that a 20% discount code will be offered to you for all of your purchases and that it is your responsibility to use the coupon code given. Refunds for the difference will not be given if you do not use the discount code on your initial purchase. You agree not to share this coupon code with anyone (code is for ambassadors only) or purchase products for anyone with your code. Sharing or misusing the ambassador code will result in immediate termination of contract.
Ambassadors agree to communicate with Rooted and Free regarding any questions or concerns via email (kate@rootedandfree.co) and work together to solve any issues. Unkind and unfair treatment of our staff will result in a termination of of contract.
You agree that our customers are not by virtue of your participation, your customers. You agree that you must clearly disclose that you are an ambassador/affiliate with Rooted and Free according to the laws and rules/regulations of the platforms in which in you share.
The term of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance to our program via email. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause (automatically and without recourse to the courts, if permitted under applicable law), by giving the other party written notice of termination provided that the effective date of such termination will be 7 calendar days from the date notice is provided. You may email your termination request to kate@rootedandfree.co.
You must comply with this agreement to participate in the ambassadors program and receive commission income.
SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
