**Introduction**

2. Payments are made via PayPal monthly, assuming you've reached the minimum payout threshold.

**Intellectual Property**

1. Law Luxe Collection grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials for promoting our products within the Program's scope.

2. You must not alter these materials without our written consent.

**Term and Termination**

1. This agreement commences upon your acceptance into the Program and terminates when either party chooses to end it.

2. Both parties may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.

**Limitation of Liability**

Law Luxe Collection is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

**Changes to the Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program after any modification signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
