This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Get Bargo ("Company") and you ("Affiliate") for participation in the Get Bargo Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms:

Rules:

No misleading or false advertising is allowed.

Affiliates must not engage in spammy promotional activities.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, adult, offensive, or illegal material.

Affiliates should not bid on our brand name or variations in pay-per-click advertising.

Keywords Not Allowed:

Get Bargo, www.getbargo.com

Sites Not Allowed:

Websites promoting illegal or offensive content.

Sites engaging in fraudulent activities.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting Get Bargo in a truthful and ethical manner.
• Prohibited activities include misleading advertising, spam, and engaging in illegal or offensive content.

Commissions:

• Affiliates earn commissions on qualified sales referred through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are subject to a predefined rate and are paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined by Get Bargo.

Payouts:

• Commissions are paid through the selected payout method provided by the affiliate during registration.
• Payouts are processed on a regular basis, and affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause.
• Get Bargo reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation for violation of terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

Intellectual Property:

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Get Bargo's logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Get Bargo.

Confidentiality:

• Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Get Bargo, including but not limited to commission rates and marketing strategies.

Modification of Terms:

• Get Bargo reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.

Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
