Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using our app and joining the COCO SALVAJE Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other legal policies we provide. If you disagree with any part, you may not participate in the program or use the app.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to participate in the COCO SALVAJE Affiliate Program. By joining, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to do so.

3. Affiliate Program Overview

• As an affiliate, you’ll receive a unique referral code to share with others. You earn commission on each purchase made through your code, as specified in the program details available in the app. We reserve the right to modify program terms or commission rates with notice.

4. Commissions and Payments

• Commissions will be paid according to the schedule outlined in the affiliate program details, typically through a method of our choice. To receive payments, affiliates must provide accurate payment information and any necessary tax documentation. We are not liable for payment failures due to inaccurate information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Affiliates must not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Misrepresenting products
  • Using spam or unsolicited promotions
  • Creating multiple accounts for self-referral
  • Violating intellectual property rights
• Violations may result in suspension or termination from the program.

6. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited license to use COCO SALVAJE brand assets solely for promoting our products within the terms of the program. All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and content, remains the property of COCO SALVAJE.

7. Limitation of Liability

• COCO SALVAJE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or participation in the affiliate program. Affiliates are responsible for any legal issues related to their promotion methods.

8. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information related to COCO SALVAJE’s business, including affiliate program specifics, confidential unless authorized in writing by COCO SALVAJE.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance, and continued use of the app or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to the affiliate will end immediately, and any pending commissions may be forfeited based on program policies.
