Art Walk Shoes Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Registration

Individuals who wish to participate in the Art Walk Shoes Affiliate Program must complete the official registration form. Participation is open to individual associates only and does not apply to fundraising affiliates. Art Walk Shoes reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

2. Referral Process & Credit

A successful referral occurs when a new customer signs up on our website and makes a shoe purchase using the affiliate’s unique link or QR code.

• Credit is earned only for new customers and does not apply to return customers.
• Each successful referral earns a $10 credit.
• There is no limit to the amount of credit an affiliate can earn.

3. Referral Tracking & Cookie Policy

• Art Walk Shoes offers a 30-day cookie period, meaning a referral must make a purchase within 30 days of using the affiliate’s link or QR code to be eligible for credit.
• Purchases made outside of this 30-day period will not be credited.

4. Credit Redemption

• Earned credit will be sent via email in the form of a gift card, which can be redeemed on the Art Walk Shoes website.
• Affiliates can use multiple gift cards towards a purchase.
• Credit can be applied by entering the gift card code at checkout when purchasing shoes.

5. Program Modifications & Termination

• Art Walk Shoes reserves the right to modify or terminate any terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
• We also reserve the right to revoke an individual’s participation in the program at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

By participating in the Art Walk Shoes Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in the loss of affiliate privileges.
