1. Definitions:
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
1.1. "Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.

1.3. "Affiliate Program" refers to the program through which affiliates promote Company's products or services.
2. Acceptance of Terms:

3. Affiliate's Responsibilities:
3.1. The Affiliate shall promote Company's products or services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
3.3. The Affiliate shall use only authorized promotional materials provided by Company and adhere to Company's branding guidelines.
4. Compensation:
4.1. The Affiliate will receive compensation for each report sold through their unique affiliate tracking link as follows:
- 4.1.1. $1 for each individual report sold.
- 4.1.2. $3 when two reports are purchased together as part of the "Buy 2, Get the 3rd Report FREE" promotion.
4.2. The compensation rates described in section 4.1 are subject to change as new products or services are added to the Affiliate Program. The Company reserves the right to modify these rates, and any such changes will be communicated to the Affiliate in advance.
4.3. Commissions will be paid monthly on the 15th following the previous calendar month closing via PayPal once a minimum payout threshold of $50 is reached.
4.4. The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate PayPal account information to ensure timely payments.
5. Tracking and Reporting:
5.1. Sales and referrals will be tracked through unique affiliate tracking links provided by Company.
5.2. Company will provide regular reports on sales and commissions earned by the Affiliate through the Affiliate Program dashboard.
6. Termination:
6.1. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice.
6.2. Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program immediately for cause if the Affiliate breaches any material term of this Agreement.
7. Confidentiality:
7.1. The Affiliate agrees to keep all confidential information received from Company confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California.
9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.
10. Acceptance:
