Copyright License Agreement 

Copyright License Agreement for use of 4RBEES INC./PureWave™ Affiliate Marketing materials.

This agreement is between the “Owner”, 4RBEES INC. PO Box 3315 Meaford, Ontario, Canada, N4L 1A5 and the Affiliate, hereinafter referred to the “User”.

The Affiliate Is Requesting the use of 4RBEES INC./PureWave™ marketing materials to help promote their products and services. 

The Owner agrees to grant the User a nonexclusive license - if the materials are used in a positive manner for the purpose of creating a new derivative “Work” that promotes or informs the public of the 4RBEES INC./PureWave™ mission, brands and related products.

The parties both agree to the following for the creation of derivative Works:

MODIFICATIONS TO THE MARKETING MATERIALS.

For persons or companies that wish to offer PureWave products for sale, the User agrees not to modify 4RBEES INC./PureWave™print or digital ADVERTISING materials in any manner other than by inserting details where to purchase PureWave products from the User. 

4RBEES INC./PureWave™ promotional videos for public or private presentation are not to be modified. The User may select certain clips, images or sections of the videos which may be inserted into the User’s website, social media, podcasts or other digital media without altering the Brand messaging or disclaimers.

Editing of stock footage materials for use in editorial publications such as online social media websites,TV, news and trade publications are encouraged.

The User agrees to make their best efforts to supply a copy of the final derivative Work or a link to the online publication of the final derivative Work.

The use of still and video stock footage for creation of sales materials, requires that the User must first submit the final derivative Work to Owner before publication.

It must not contain misleading, false or unsubstantiated claims that may cause public, private or government legal proceedings against the Owner. 

In addition, this new Work should meet brand guidelines so that it does not cause confusion in the public marketplace. Specifically, registering internet domain names that use a derivative of the PureWave brand for sale of the product online are strictly forbidden.

DEFAULTS.

If the User fails to abide by the obligations of this Agreement, the Owner shall have the option to notify the User that it intends to cancel their Affiliate Partnership Agreement. 

The User shall have 15 days to reply and inform the Owner that the User has removed or intends to correct the false or misleading information within their advertising materials.

By Registering as an Affiliate Partner, the User agrees to the policies and terms of this document.
