5. Termination
a. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause.
b. SOΛPUEX reserves the right to terminate the relationship for breach of these terms or any unethical or illegal activities.
6. Intellectual Property
a. You may only use SOΛPUEX's intellectual property with prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. SOΛPUEX is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the affiliate relationship.
8. Modifications
a. SOΛPUEX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
9. Governing Law
