The affiliate agrees that there is no legally binding obligation for them to continue as an affiliate of IACC and that they have the right to withdraw and/ or request to be withdrawn from the program at any time. The affiliate also recognizes that IACC can discontinue the affiliate program entirely at it's own discretion (with notice and after all payouts have been made).
