Create A Castle Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By participating in the Create A Castle Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where affiliate marketing is permitted by law.
  2. Application: All affiliate applications are subject to approval by Create A Castle. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
  3. Commissions: Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique referral links. Commission rates and payment terms are detailed in the affiliate portal and are subject to change at any time.
  4. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, false advertising, or any deceptive practices. Affiliates are also prohibited from bidding on Create A Castle trademarks or any variations thereof in any pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
  5. Termination: Create A Castle reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity.
  6. Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Create A Castle trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products. All rights, titles, and interests in and to these materials remain with Create A Castle.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Create A Castle will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program or these terms.
  8. Modification of Terms: Create A Castle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


By joining the Create A Castle Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
