Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

Brand Ambassador will receive a personal shopping promo code and a followers promo code for followers/friends/family. Brand Ambassador cannot use followers promo code for their own shopping code.

Brand Ambassador to be compensated in USD from every order placed using their code or link will be given back in a cash back program.

Local incentives such as get togethers, private shopping events, and more.

As a Brand Ambassador, you are expected to do the following:

Promote One Eleven Olive Boutique products on personal Instagram, Facebook &/or Tiktok. 

If local, attend shopping events & pop ups.

Any shared/posted photo by Brand Ambassador may be utilized by One Eleven Olive Boutique, LLC for marketing purposes. 

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand that One Eleven Olive has the ability to change, edit, or revise the Ambassador contract/program based on what they deem necessary in accordance with their company’s values. 

One Eleven Olive Boutique, LLC, can disregard my status as a brand ambassador if there are any violations or misrepresentations of the brand. (Examples: not aligning with the company’s core values. The inability to portray the company in a modest way, inability to fulfill the expectations set in place on the contract. Violating and abuse your promo code - ex: using your followers code for your personal orders).  A breach of contract will be effective under the discretion of the company's owners.
