By enrolling and participating in the Polymaker Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read these terms carefully before applying or promoting Polymaker.
1. Enrollment and Approval
Polymaker reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason, and may revoke enrollment at any time if the Affiliate is found to be in violation of this Agreement.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote Polymaker products in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Clearly disclose any affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
- Only use approved marketing materials or request permission for custom content.
- Ensure their content, websites, and communications do not contain or promote anything illegal, harmful, or offensive.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales generated via their unique affiliate links.
- The commission rate is defined in your onboarding agreement or dashboard.
- Self-referrals are not allowed and may result in forfeited commissions.
4. Prohibited Practices (Brand Protection Policy)
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Bidding on “Polymaker” or any brand-related keywords in search engine ads (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).
- Using “Polymaker” or product names (e.g., Panchroma, PolyLite) in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or redirects.
- Impersonating Polymaker through domain names, landing pages, emails, or social accounts.
- Direct-linking to Polymaker web properties from paid ads using brand terms.
Note: Paid social media advertising is allowed as long as it does not impersonate the brand or mislead users.
Violations of these policies will result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to Polymaker’s trademarks, branding, and intellectual property remain with Polymaker. Affiliates may not modify or misuse any Polymaker assets without explicit written consent.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Polymaker may terminate the Affiliate’s participation at any time with or without cause. Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to, violation of the brand protection policy, fraud, or unethical marketing practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
Polymaker is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Affiliate participation is at their own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
Polymaker reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
