Q: What is the purpose of this referral program?
A: Our goal with the referral program is to reach new customers who haven't shopped with us yet. As many of us know, we often discover new products and businesses through the recommendation of a friend or other trusted source! Existing customers like you are the trusted source that help small businesses like ours grow! Through this program, you're not only able to track and see how your efforts have an impact via your dashboard, but our team is also able to see how your referrals have helped our company grow and celebrate these little wins with you!
Q: How do I refer a customer to your store?
A: Whenever you share your planner in action, share your unique promo code for customers to use towards their first purchase with us! At checkout, the customer will enter your referral code for 10% off of their first purchase with us!
Q: What is my referral code?
A: Your referral code will be emailed to you upon registration, but if you don’t spot it in your inbox, just send us a message and we can assist you!
Q: How are my referral codes tracked?
A: For each code redeemed by a new customer, your dashboard will automatically update with a credit for that order. Orders that are incomplete as a result of a failed payment or cancelation request will not be included in our dashboard.
Q: Will I receive a credit if an existing customer wants to use my code?
A: You'll receive a credit any time a new customer makes a purchase using your code, however, it won't generate if the customer is an existing customer as the goal for the referral program is to spread the word to customers who haven't heard of us before! :)
Q: Do Ambassadors receive cash commission?
A: While we'd love to offer everyone cash commission, it isn't yet feasible for a company of our size.Instead, we're able to offer a store credit/gift card to redeem towards products in our store! Ambassadors who refer a substantial amount of new customers orders move up to an Affiliate tier. As Affiliates contribute to a substantial increase in order volume, we are then able to offer cash commission :)

Q: What am I required to do to maintain my brand Ambassador status?
A: In order to keep your referral account active, you must have
redeemed at least $20.00 in referral credits (resulting from 4 orders) within 60 days of signing up.
Q: How do I reach the Affiliate level tier, what do I get, and how do I maintain this status?
A: In order to reach the Affiliate tier level, you must have received at least $50.00 in total credits as an Ambassador within a 60 day period. Once you’ve reached this level, our referral program will automatically place you into the Affiliate tier where you’ll receive a 7% commission from the subtotal amount of each order placed by a new customer using your referral code! To remain at this tier level, you’ll just need to keep doing what you’ve been doing with 10 referral codes redeemed by new customers within each 60-day period.
Q: As an Affiliate, how am I paid?
A: You can choose to redeem this by opting for a PayPal deposit (US$20.00 minimum) or redeem the cash value as a store credit to apply to your next purchase with us!
Q: When does each new period begin?
A: Terms refresh at the end of each 60-day period from the date this program was launched (October 2021).
New periods begin on the first day of: February, April, June, August, October and December.
Q: As an Ambassador or Affiliate, can I still participate in the Collected Rewards program?
A: Of course! Any order you place where a balance is due (after the credits are redeemed) will be applied to your Rewards account.
Q: How often am I supposed to post to social media?
A: This is totally up to you! Depending on your goals and how your posts are received by your audience, you may only need to create a post about Collected products as often as once a week. With the introduction of cash commission, we're able to reward our top referrers who've reached the Affiliate Tier by sharing a percentage of profits from each order a new customer places with your referral code.
