Upon agreement of these terms, you shall be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). We are always looking to improve our output and service, therefore, seed-sesh reserves the right to change the terms of service without notice, continuing with our service after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Seed-sesh reserves the right to cancel your agreement at any time without prior notice if you are deemed to be operating in violation of this agreement. Seed-sesh also reserves the right to withhold commission payments earned during the violation period.

Affiliates must be 18 years or older at the time of application

The account holder is responsible for all content activity published/posted on the account. We may terminate your agreement if we deem that your site or social media promotions contain or promote sexually explicit material, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, promote illegal activities, violate intellectual property rights, and include 'seed-sesh' or variations, analogues or misspellings thereof in their domain names

You may not use the seed-sesh affiliate program for any illegal or unauthorized purposes within the laws of your jurisdiction. 

You are not permitted to use the Affiliate Program to earn commission on your personal seed-sesh account.

Affiliates must be real people, we do not accept accounts registered as “bots” or other technologies deemed to be automated.

You must provide your full credentials to be validated. This includes your full legal name, age, email address, home address or business address with the country of residence. 

Only one affiliate can use the login. Additional logins for your organisation are available for free

Seed-sesh is not responsible for maintaining passwords on your account, this security lies with the account holder. 

Only one account is permitted per person. You are not permitted to own multiple accounts.

You are not permitted to use the seed-sesh name, logo or images on any other website than your own, you are not permitted to use the seed-sesh name, logo or images on advertisements, this includes Facebook Adverts and Google Adverts.

Seed-sesh uses the Affiliatly platform services to accurately track your usage. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with 'tagged' link formats to be used on all of your websites and social media. It is your own responsibility to maintain these links. You may not use these links on non-permitted sites. You will only earn referral commission on approved links. You acknowledge that, by participating in the Program and placing Backlinks to seed-sesh.com within your site or social media, we may receive information from or about visitors to your site or communications between your site and those visitors. Your participation in the seed-sesh Affiliate  Program constitutes your specific and unconditional authorisation of seed-sesh’s access to, receipt, storage, use, and disclosure of any and all such information.

We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use in linking to seed-sesh.com.  We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, but we won’t change the dimensions of the images without prior notice.

Affiliate links should navigate to the specific product being promoted or to the seed-sesh.com homepage. 

To be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through the backlink from your site, email, or other communications such as social media channels to https://seed-sesh.com/ and complete an order for a product, we track this customer for a 7-day period after the initial click, orders must be paid for via MasterCard, Visa or Bank Transfer.

We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions from “word of mouth”. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links via Affiliatly.

Seed-sesh reserves the right to withhold commissions earned through, fraud, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Payments only begin after you have earned more than £75 in affiliate commission. If your affiliate account never crosses the £75 threshold, your commissions will not be realized or paid. We are only responsible for paying accounts that have crossed the £75 threshold.

We pay our affiliates on or around the 15th of every calendar month, this is for the total amount earned in the previous calendar month. If you have not earned more than the £75 threshold in one month, we shall carry your total over to the next month until you reach the £75, we shall then facilitate a pay-out. 

Seed-sesh operates a tiered commission structure, the higher your earnings see the higher the commission percentage. These tiered structures are available to you at any time on your admin panel. We will withhold the right to change your tiered level if you are in violation of this agreement. Seed-sesh reserves the right to change the tiered structure at any time. 
Commission tables are clearly stated in the admin panel, the tiered structure is reset quarterly (every 3-months) for all affiliates. The commission is paid at 10% for the first £5000, 20% for £5000+. These figures are subject to change with fair warning via electronic email, your continued use of this Program is your acceptance to any commission changes. 

Affiliates promoting the Affiliate Program.  seed-sesh offer a 5 %  Commission Calculation from the referred affiliate’s earnings. This is deemed as 5% of the Referred affiliate earnings.

Example: Affiliate A refers Friend B. The two-tier commission is 5% and the referred order sum £100. Friend B earnings are £20

Referred affiliate earning: Affiliate A will receive £1 (5% from £20)

There is currently no initial Recruitment Bonus for referring an affiliate.

You are not permitted to issue any press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the seed-sesh Affiliate Program; such action may result in your termination from this Program. You may not misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, say you develop our products, say you are part of seed-sesh Ltd or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. This includes expressing or implying that we support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute money to any charity or other causes.

Any customers referred via your links are deemed to be seed-sesh customers only. These customers must agree to our terms of service prior to the release of any of our products. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time. Our product prices change weekly, and as such, you must not promote prices on your website or social media pages. 

The affiliate account holder shall be solely responsible for the upkeep, development and maintenance of websites and social media pages. This includes all backlinks, emails, QR codes, coupon codes and all other links.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of materials published on your site, ensuring all material posted does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarking, privacy, personal or propriety rights. 

You are responsible for ensuring your site complies with accurate and visible privacy policies, this includes data collection, data storage and data sales. You are responsible for cookie management on your website.

Upon participation in the Program, you agree to comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions and any requirements from any government authority in your jurisdiction, this includes any laws that come to pass during your agreement and participation. Upon agreeance of these terms, you shall comply with all applicable laws that govern marketing email, including without limitation, the CANSPAM Act of 2003 and all other anti-spam laws.

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and may end when terminated by either party.

Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party electronically written notice of termination sent by email.

Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to our site, and all seed-sesh logos and all other materials provided by or on behalf of the seed-sesh Affiliate Program

You are eligible to earn referral commission only on sales that occur during the term.

We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

The Affiliate and seed-sesh are independent parties, this agreement does not legally bond any joint venture, partnership, franchise, agency, sales representative or employment relationship. You may not publish any legal relationship between our parties.

Seed-sesh will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate websites that are similar to or compete with your website. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.

Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach thereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with us or any of our affiliates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the UK, European Union and the United States of America, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

The failure of seed-sesh to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and seed-sesh and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and seed-sesh (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
