Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Cyrex Ltd (T/A ElectraStim) you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please make sure you read the entire document before participating as an active affiliate. Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on sales made as a result of your referral. By signing up using this form and subsequently promoting ElectraStim using an affiliate link, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our discretion.
2. Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month (on the last working day of each month) via BACS or Paypal as preferred. If this arrangement is unsuitable, please contact your Affiliate Manager. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed and the order dispatched. Transactions that result in chargebacks or immediate cancellation by the customer will not be paid out. Similarly, in the event the customer returns their product unopened (and is thus eligible for a refund under distance selling rules), commission will not be paid. Proof of return will be provided upon request. Any over-paid commission due to cancellations etc will be deducted from the following month's commission where required.

4. Termination
Your affiliate account and membership of the ElectraStim Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Any advertisements we deem to be inappropriate (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
Spamming (encouraging sales via the use of third party databases, flooding social media with links etc)
Use of your affiliate links in newsletters or emails for example to your own curated database of contacts is permitted
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities is grounds for immediate termination.
Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised financial gain from your affiliate commission as an incentive.
Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
Use of affiliate links in PPC ads (Google or Bing)
If you are in violation of any of the above we will always contact you to resolve the issue before termination of your affiliate account. If your account does become terminated as a result of serious or repeated rule-breaking Cyrex Ltd/ElectraStim will not be liable for payment of any outstanding commission.
5. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. We’ll supply a range of graphics in the affiliate dashboard, but should you wish to make your own, please obtain sign-off from claire@electrastim.com
6. Coupon and Deal Sites
Orders using a discount coupon of above 5% are not eligible for affiliate commission. Please do not promote or encourage the use of discount codes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
8. Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins as soon as you confirm your acceptance of these terms and complete the registration process. If in the event your account is terminated or you voluntarily choose to delete your account, you are no longer bound by the terms of this agreement. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. We will always notify you of any change and continued use of the program constitutes your acceptance of the changes. All information provided by you will be held securely by Cyrex Ltd in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers the processing of any personal information by Cyrex Ltd (trading worldwide as ElectraStim) The sections of this policy will also help explain how we protect your privacy in line with various Data Protection laws around the world.
By using this Affiliate Program or our website (or any of our other currency websites) you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. This means you are also protected by this policy from the moment you enter the website.
Information we may collect:
We may collect the following information about you:
Any information that you voluntarily give us, either by registering as an Affiliate, placing an order, signing up to our newsletter, entering a competition or interacting with us from a Social Media platform i.e Twitter or Facebook. This information may include your name, address, email address and phone number.
This information is required in order to provide you with the service of our Affiliate Program. All data is held in compliance with GDPR rules and is not shared, copied or distributed in any manner outside of Cyrex Ltd and the Affiliatly platform.
Financial information will be required from you for the purposes of commission payment. Payments can be made using Bank Transfer or Paypal and are made securely using SSL authentication on either our Bank or Paypal's servers. By using Paypal you are also covered by Paypal's own comprehensive privacy policy.
Cookies:
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your computer or device to help improve the performance of our website as well as personalise the experience to you. This includes storing items added to your basket or automatically showing you products you may be interested in. No personal information is stored in these cookies. When using your individual affiliate link, a cookie is placed on the viewer's computer in order to track when you are eligible for affiliate commission. No identifying information about you or the customer is used.
Emails:
By being part of our Affiliate Program you have given your explicit permission to be contacted with Affiliate Marketing opportunities and updates. These are vital for the smooth running of the program and you cannot opt-out while running a live Affiliate account.
Accounts that have been terminated will of course be removed from our databases and all informed destroyed.
Account Deletion:
At any time if you wish to leave the Affiliate Program you may request full deletion of all your personal information. Any remaining commission will be paid to you before removal of the account and after that point you will need to re-register to re-join the Program. Please contact claire@electrastim.com for assistance.
Where we store your information:
All information you provide to us is stored on our (Cyrex Ltd) secure servers and on the secure servers of the Affiliatly service. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
