Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

   The Stencilsmith LLC pays commissions on qualifying purchases only. Qualifying purchases are subject to certain limits and exclusions outlined in this statement.

1.     Qualifying Purchases

• Any purchases made by customers using your custom discount code in the order checkout. (this has no cookie duration) 
• Purchase made as a result of a customer clicking through your special link (provided by The Stencilsmith through your dashboard) within 30 days from the start of the session. The duration of the session is counted from the moment the customer clicks your special link from your site to our site. (30 day cookie duration)
• The customer must add products to their cart, checkout, pay and their order be marked as shipped within 30 days of the initial click through your special link.

2.     Qualifying Revenue

• Qualifying revenue is calculated from the amount received from an order, minus materials, shipping and package expenses, taxes and credit card / payment processing fees incurred by the customer’s order.

3.     Disqualifying Purchases

•  30 days expire from the start of a session initiated by the "clicking through" your special link on your site to our site. Session will expire after the 30 day cookie duration, thus any purchases made after 30 days on a single session will not qualify for commission.
• Any sessions initiated by a link that is not your special link.
• Any purchase made through your special link that have been cancelled, returned or refunded do not qualify for payout. 
• Commissions will not qualify for incorrect tracking or reporting due to errors in how your special link is posted on your site. You must ensure that the link is properly formatted, not missing any characters and is working properly. 
• Any purchase made through a link that is not your Stencilsmith provided special link , or any other link that violates the terms of our affiliate agreement. 
• If you should decide to cancel your participation in our affiliate program, any purchase made through your special link after termination will not qualify for payout. 
• Affiliate may use their own custom code to receive a discount on their own purchases, however no commissions will be paid when using your own special link or code. 

4. Payments and commission rates

• Commission will very depending on your Affiliate Level (10%, 13%, 15%) on orders placed using your code or through your link, as outlined in "Qualifying Purchases" and “Qualifying Revenue".
• Payments are made on the 15th day of every month on commission balances of $100 or more.
• A commission balance of $100 USD must be met before payouts are initiated. Commission balances can be viewed within your affiliate dashboard. 
• Payments are sent through PayPal via the e-mail address you provide when filling out the “payments” section of your dashboard. 

5. Account cancellation

•  Should you decide to cancel your participation in our affiliate program, any purchase made through your special link after termination will not qualify for payout and all coupon codes associated with your account will be deactivated.
• Accounts that have not had any activity or link postings within 6 months may be subject to account deactivation. 
• Our affiliate program is high in demand and has limited availability. If your account has been removed due to inactivity, you're welcome to re-sign up again once you are ready.
