AG Affiliates Program for Ceramic Pro Installers
Welcome!
This program allows you to offer your clients a comprehensive place to order products that are compatible with their newly-installed paint protection, while earning a commission on completed orders.
We will generate a unique code as well as a share link that automatically applies your discount code to any orders created when it is clicked. Your client will receive a 10% discount on any items purchased from the Americana Global store (americanaglobal.com) and you will receive a 10% affiliate commission on any orders placed with your code.
Terms and FAQs
What do I earn commission on?
You earn commission on any order placed on our online retail storefront where the client uses your discount code during the checkout process. Your commission is calculated from the product total, but not tax or shipping.
How much is my commission?
You will receive a 10% commission on qualifying orders where your code is used.
What do my clients get?
Your clients receive a 10% discount on their order when they use your code.
Can one client use the code multiple times?
Yes! They can use your code each time they order.
Where can I see orders that have my discount code?
You can use your affiliate dashboard to see how many orders have been placed with your code, check your unpaid commissions, and check your commissions history. Please note that for privacy reasons, you will not be able to see order details, such as the name of the client who placed the order.
How do payments work?
Payments are made in increments of $25 via PayPal at the beginning of the subsequent month. You must have earned at least $25 in commission to receive your first payment. We will ask for your PayPal information during the setup process.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes – if your client places an order with your code and then later receives a refund or completes a chargeback for their order, any commission made from that order are will not be paid out or will be deducted from your next payment.
Can my code be used with any other AG discounts?
No, your code is not stackable with any other promotions or discounts.
What if my client placed an order but forgot to enter my code?
Unfortunately, your discount can’t be added retroactively – it must be added during the checkout process to qualify for a commission.
Can I use my code for my own orders?
Your code is valid on any orders placed on the Americana Global online storefront. You can place your own order and use the code, but since your pricing is more economical when you order from CP Direct, we don’t recommend it.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No; the sky’s the limit!
How are referrals tracked?
Referrals are tracked via usage of your unique discount code, via our affiliate commission software (Affiliatly).
Is the affiliate program open to anyone to sign up?
The AG Affiliates Program is open to all Ceramic Pro installers.
What is not allowed?
Prohibited activities: spam (via email, social media posts and/or comments, etc.); false advertising; deceptive tactics; promoting illegal activities; inappropriate, harmful, offensive or illegal content; non-compliance with the FTC.
What if I want to stop participating in the AG Affiliate Program?
Please let us know in writing via email at contact@ceramicpro.com. Once this request has been processed, all pending commissions will be paid out and no new commissions may be earned.
Can I be terminated from the AG Affiliate Program?
Yes, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate code and cancel any pending commissions.
Additional Terms
Ceramic Pro LLC and American Global, LLC retain all rights and ownership of any promotional or marketing materials made available to affiliates. We reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate code and/or permanently ban you from the AG Affiliate Program. Retail prices of Americana Global products may change, which can affect your commission. Our affiliate commission software is the only source that determines if/when affiliate code sales are completed, and we are not responsible or liable for any commission for a transaction not logged in our affiliate commission software, and we are not responsible for any errors made by our affiliate commission software. You must appropriately disclose that you may receive a commission if your code is used. While you are participating in the AG Affiliate Program and for a period of one year following termination of your participation, you agree not to make, publish, or communicate any disparaging, defamatory, libelous or slanderous statements regarding Americana Global, its products, employees, agents, or affiliates. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against any third-party claim, suit, action or proceeding brought against us by a third party not affiliated with us if this arises out of your participation in the AG Affiliate Program or breach of our terms of service.
